Alas we discover the Starboard tube is full of water and air which is not good.
Alas the tides did not give us time to apply the highly complex glueing process to complete the repair.
With the kind help of one of our neighbours (Jamie) we used his kayak to support the deflated side.

A Very Scottish Summer Storm
22nd July 2012 and the good weather has bugged out.
All we are left with is a wee bit entertainment watching the rain and wind doing their best to damage what ever they can.

A Stunning Sunset Over Invercaimbe 19th July 2012
One of the most stunning sunsets we have ever have the privilege to witness at Invercaimbe and yes it is in Scotland!
The white streak is a plan heading towards USA and not I regret a shooting star

My Favourite Place In The World
Scotland's Caribbean Beach
Tucked away and out of plain sight, this stunning beach can only be reached by sea or foot.
The incredible white sands and the natural water quality together with the lagoon shape, makes this a great wee place for a picnic, swim (conditions depending) or just a chill.
The exact location is a local secret but it's Arisaig way.
The images and videos will convey much more than I could ever say. All I will say is that Liz found the most ever Cowrie shells in one place.
This is indeed my most favourite place

A Trip to Borrodale Bay and Beyond by Rhib
Today 12th July 2012, Liz & I headed out on the Rhib South and after a wee tour through the North Channel, towards Arisaig, we decided to head down to Rhu Beach.
Alas there were other humans on our beach damn them, we continued along the loch towards Borrodale Bay.
The Go Pro was rigged in a new position, but the battery (doh) died after only 10 images were taken.
However I did remember to take a 'normal' camera and shot these:
A very short clip showing the stunning beauty of the Scottish West Coast as seen from the see on a RHIB
This was shot between Borrodale Bay near Arisaig, Scotland and Prince Charlie's Cairn on the Fort William to Mallaig Road
Another video from another angle to try and share the absolute majesty of the location.
This is the East view along Loch non Uamh towards the Fort William to Mallaig Road
We anchored in this bay for a quick drink (Water only and a wee snack) while we re-fuelled for the return journey via the South Channel to Arisaig and then out through the North Channel and back to Invercaimbe

Some stills be they just are inadequate to show the stunning Scottish scenery

A Rib Trip to Eigg
On an unusually still evening, I took the rib for a spin straight out to Eigg and then followed the Eastern shore south and back again.
Averaged 24 knts and approx 35 mins crossing time.
